Theofascism 1. A political philosophy or regime that heavily favors the economic elite, encourages extreme nationalism and military supremacy, grants a religious mandate to such a philosophy, and condemns dissent as unpatriotic and morally reprehensible. In the case of the United States, theofascists have distorted the tenets of Christianity into a pro-war, pro-rich, pro-greed ideology, and consider differing opinions as treasonous and even blasphemous.
