A Salty Salute

The Strokes were in generally good form Friday night in Indianapolis. Oddly, “Last Nite” was a bit off, but they were otherwise pretty tight. Opening the set with Guided by Voices’ “A Salty Salute” was a most excellent tribute to the midwest’s finest LO-FI outfit. Indianapolis is clearly GBV’s turf.
